Hongxiang Geocell  is  a  perforated    cellular   confinement    system  engineered    from   HDPE sections for  maximum performance.   Hongxiang® is available  in  a number   of  depth  and  cell  opening combinations.   Hongxiang® is supplied  in a folded  configuration   that  minimises  transport   costs to  site yet  can  be readily  expanded   on  site for  very  quick  installation.   Hongxiang® has been perforated  to ensure that each cell does not become water  saturated  during  use.
The Hongxiang Geocell Cellular confinement system is one of the most advanced technologies available for solving challenging soil stability problems. It consists of an engineered, high strength network of interconnected cells that confines and stabilises soils. The Hongxiang® system provides an innovative solution to soil stability problems in slope and channel protection, load support and earth retention applications. After the Hongxiang® System is installed specific infill materials are used to backfill the cells and create a strong, permanent protection and stabilisation system. The Hongxiang® Cellular System can be used for slope protection, channel protection, earth retention and load support.

Applications:
Hongxiang Geocell  provides  advantages  in the following   applications:
Slope Protection:  The cellular configuration   allows for effective protection   and resistance to downward   migration  of slope materials  due to hydraulic  flow events. The cell is very effective at retaining  soils within  the cell structure  in applications   of cut slopes and where the  natural cut materials  cannot  support  vegetated  slopes. Imported   soils placed within   the  cell create an improved  environment   for vegetative  growth  and as such soils are confined,  there will  be increased resistance against  possible  movement  down  the slope.
Channel  Protection:  The  cellular   configuration    improves the  hydraulic   performance    of conventional   protection materials such as placed aggregate.  By confinement   of the aggregate within  the cell an effective  increase in the shear resistance of the placed aggregate  is obtained. Channels that  use Hongxiang Geocell  are capable of larger flow events.
Base Stabilisation:   The  cellular  confinement    of  base  materials  in  a  road application increases resistance to lateral displacement   of conventional   road base materials. The use of Hongxiang Geocell reduces rutting  of the pavement  and can increase pavement  life.

After-sales service
1.In order to provide customers with comprehensive technical support,we will provide technical and other related information upon request in a timely manner.
2.In required,we will appoint specialized technicians to the construction site to give technical trainings to construction people,and offer technical guidance throughout the whole construction process.
3.For damage due to shipment and delivery,after we receive the complaint,we will check the issure through provided pictures and videos.If our responsibility is confirmed,we wil offer free replacement.
4.When the construction is completed,as your request,our technical staff may participate in the final acceptance.
